It is a general policy and involved in various objects. However, its general rule is to comply with the legislation, labor protection, benefit harmony between the labors and the companys share-holders as well as public benefit-sharing.

To implement the social obligation is a subjective demand originating from Venture-Vietnam and externality. We always respect it and undertake that Venture-Vietnams working environment is appropriate to the relevant legislation and generally moral criteria.

During the time and upon long-term cooperation with many foreign clients it is shown that Venture-Vietnam has already accessed internationally inquiries relating to social obligation and morality.

Regulations of labor law

Venture-Vietnam complies with regulations of the labor law. Venture-Vietnams actual labor regulations are always followed and excessive as stipulated by the law.

Wage and working time

An average wage of Venture-Vietnams each labor is now 1,700,000VND and rate for overtime is multiplied by prescribed coefficients. With many affiliate companies, Venture-Vietnam is able to assign, arrange appropriate production among. So, overtime is gradually constrained with a purpose to protecting the labors health.

Also, social and health insurance payments to the labors are tightly controlled by the company and unions leaders.

Working environment and condition

The labors have to be absolutely safe. The labor safety and supervision rules have been worked out and well applied by Venture-Vietnam. All equipment, machinery and human are always been under safety.

Each production workshop is equipped ventilation, cool, lighting, fire fighting systems, etc. A number of W.Cs are arranged in line with that of the labors there. The labors are allowed to freely be hygienic during working hour.

Lunch and drinking water are available to the labors. Shift-break is tightly executed.

Other welfares

First-aid clinic is available to the labor in urgent case. Some workshops have accommodations to the labors with preferential rent and well-residing conditions. Transportation freight to the homeland on each Tet festival is supported to the labors.

There is a variety of other welfares to offer to the labors depending on time and possible conditions.

Union

The labors are free and encouraged to take part in the union. The union is made favorable conditions to uphold its roles and obligation implementation. Its leaders have a vital contribution to the companys labor activities.
